This policy explains what information Etenos processes when you use the Etenos website, the desktop applications, and the control plane, and the choices available to you. It is written to be easy to read and easy to adapt to your organization's requirements.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Etenos marketing website, the Etenos desktop applications such as Syntaxis, and the Etenos control plane services. It does not apply to third-party services you connect, such as your source-control provider or AI provider, which are governed by their own terms.

Note. By design, raw source code and raw command output are processed locally on your machine and are not transmitted to the control plane by default.

- To provide and operate the services you request.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and material changes.
- To improve reliability and quality of the services.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data, including encryption of secrets at rest, access controls, environment separation, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
7. Your choices
You can access, correct, or request deletion of account information, and you can disconnect integrations at any time. Contact us to exercise any rights available to you under applicable law.
